Xi, who is also the General Secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, highlighted that China and Vietnam, as friendly socialist neighbors, represent a community with a shared future. He noted that since establishing diplomatic relations 75 years ago, both countries have fought side by side for national independence and liberation, supporting each other in their struggles.
