As the world undergoes unprecedented changes, President Xi stressed that China and Vietnam's continued adherence to the path of socialism is crucial for the future of both nations and the global socialist cause. He stated that this commitment holds great significance for regional and global peace, stability, development, and prosperity.

President Xi affirmed his dedication to the growth of bilateral relations and expressed his willingness to collaborate with Vietnamese leaders. He encouraged both nations to seize the opportunity presented by the 75th anniversary of diplomatic ties and the China-Vietnam Year of People-to-People Exchanges.
