Their journey began at Harbin’s bustling morning markets, where the trio immersed themselves in the local culture, sampling fresh produce and engaging with friendly vendors. Venturing beyond the city, Shanny, Arne, and Stig traveled northeast to Mulan County. There, they joined villagers in dancing the traditional “Yangko,” a folk dance full of life and color. The warmth of the local community was palpable as they rolled up their sleeves to make dumplings, sharing laughter and stories over the cherished meal.
