The Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2025, organized by the Consumer Technology Association, opened to the public on Tuesday in Las Vegas, bringing together global companies, industry executives, and government leaders.
The event covers a wide range of technology sectors, including artificial intelligence, digital health, energy transition, mobility, and quantum computing. “There is great momentum heading into the show with a record 3400+ Innovation Award submissions, over 4500 exhibitors including roughly 1400 startups, and 1100 speakers for over 300 conference sessions,” said Gary Shapiro, CEO and vice chair of the Consumer Technology Association, owner and producer of CES, in a press release.
Chinese manufacturers continue to be a main force at CES. According to the exhibitor list displayed on the CES official website, nearly 1,500 Chinese companies are participating this year, accounting for around 30 percent of the total number of exhibitors.
