The Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2025, organized by the Consumer Technology Association, opened its doors to the public on Tuesday in Las Vegas, drawing together global companies, industry executives, and government leaders.

This year’s event spans a vast array of technology sectors, including artificial intelligence, digital health, energy transition, mobility, and quantum computing. “There is great momentum heading into the show with a record 3,400+ Innovation Award submissions, over 4,500 exhibitors including roughly 1,400 startups, and 1,100 speakers for over 300 conference sessions,” said Gary Shapiro, CEO and vice chair of the Consumer Technology Association, in a press release.

Manufacturers from the Chinese mainland continue to be a significant presence at CES. According to the exhibitor list displayed on the CES official website, nearly 1,500 companies from the Chinese mainland are participating this year, accounting for around 30 percent of the total number of exhibitors.

The strong participation of Chinese companies underscores their growing influence in the global technology arena. Their contributions span from cutting-edge consumer electronics to innovative solutions in emerging fields, reflecting the dynamic and evolving landscape of the tech industry in Asia.

Attendees at CES 2025 can expect to witness groundbreaking products and engage with thought leaders shaping the future of technology. The event provides a platform for networking, collaboration, and the exchange of ideas that drive the industry forward.
