At the heart of this initiative is Lu Fengxuan, a dedicated native of Macao. Drawing upon her rich experience in elderly care, Lu sought to transform the lives of seniors in Hengqin. Her approach was not just about providing care but fostering a vibrant community where the elderly could thrive.
