The factory employs advanced casting and machining techniques, an AI-driven inspection system, and specialized controls to address local challenges, such as natural gas quality in furnaces.

By leveraging cutting-edge technologies, CITIC Dicastal is not only improving operational efficiency but also fostering local development. The company collaborates with local resources to create more opportunities in Africa, contributing to the region’s economic growth and industrial advancement.

The inclusion of CITIC Dicastal’s African facility in the Global Lighthouse Network signifies a significant step in integrating advanced manufacturing practices on the continent. It showcases how global collaboration and innovation can drive sustainable development and economic prosperity in emerging markets.

The WEF’s Global Lighthouse Network serves as a platform for industry leaders to share insights and best practices in the adoption of Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies.
