He called on CICA member countries to adhere to peaceful coexistence, seek common security, advance Belt and Road cooperation to promote prosperity, respect diverse civilizations, and practice multilateralism to build a harmonious regional home.
Highlighting China’s path of peaceful development, Wang Yi noted that Chinese modernization brings more opportunities to Asian countries. “China stands ready to work with CICA member states to forge a new form of Asian civilization featuring win-win development through solidarity and coordination,” he said.
