In a recent interview with Xinhua, Vaqar Ahmed, co-executive director of the Sustainable Development Policy Institute in Pakistan, emphasized the pivotal role that China plays in maintaining global economic stability.
“The stability of China’s economy is crucial to the stability of international finance,” Ahmed remarked, highlighting how China’s economic health influences markets worldwide.
Despite facing certain difficulties, Ahmed noted that China continues to exhibit robust growth in key sectors such as agriculture, manufacturing, and trade. “One can see China growing in a robust manner in the sectors of agriculture, manufacturing, and trade,” he said.
He also pointed out China’s efforts to collaborate with other economies to foster steady global economic growth and generate employment opportunities. “The country is trying to work with other economies to maintain steady global economic growth and create more jobs,” Ahmed added.
