International Animation Day: The Evolution of Chinese Animation

October 28 marks International Animation Day, a global celebration of the art and impact of animation. Established by the International Animated Film Association (ASIFA) to commemorate Emile Reynaud’s first public screening of animated films at the Grevin Museum in Paris in 1892, this day honors the rich history and ongoing evolution of animation worldwide.
