President Xi highlighted that China and Mongolia are important neighbors and that Mongolia was among the first countries to establish diplomatic ties with the People’s Republic of China. On the same day, Chinese Premier Li Qiang and Mongolian Prime Minister Luvsannamsrai Oyun-Erdene exchanged congratulatory messages.
