Beijing, October 2023—Togolese President Faure Gnassingbe and Transitional President of Gabon Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema arrived in Beijing on Sunday to participate in the highly anticipated 2024 Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC).
