Local student Olzhas expressed enthusiasm about the SCO’s role, stating, “The SCO has a profound impact on the economy of Kazakhstan, the whole of Asia, and even the world economy.” This sentiment reflects a widespread appreciation for the economic opportunities and stability that the SCO fosters among its member states.
Muhammad, an expert in international relations, highlighted the SCO’s positive contribution to trade and development. “From an economic point of view, the SCO has always played a positive role,” he noted. “The continuous increase in trade volume has aided the development of various countries.”
He also emphasized the benefits of improved connectivity facilitated by the SCO. “For Central Asian countries, especially Kazakhstan, the SCO has contributed to delivering visa-free travel to China. Many people want to travel to China, and many have seized the opportunity to do business there,” Muhammad added.
The SCO’s initiatives have not only enhanced economic ties but also strengthened cultural exchanges among member nations. As Kazakhstan engages more deeply with its neighbors, citizens are optimistic about a future shaped by collaboration and mutual growth within the framework of the SCO.
