The Dragon Boat Festival, the first Chinese festival recognized as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage, was celebrated with great enthusiasm in Dubai from Saturday to Monday. Held in the Chinatown section of the Dubai Mall, the world’s largest shopping mall, the “Experience Dragon Boat Festival Culture” event showcased a variety of traditional crafts. Visitors had the opportunity to engage in activities such as calligraphy, sachet making, paper cutting, and dragon boat lantern making. These hands-on experiences allowed participants to immerse themselves in the rich cultural heritage of the Dragon Boat Festival.
