In his meeting with Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Zhao, who serves as the chairman of the National People’s Congress (NPC) Standing Committee, emphasized the deepening ties between China and Kazakhstan. He noted that the bilateral relations have entered a new “golden 30 years,” highlighting the building of a China-Kazakhstan community with a shared future as a strategic decision made by the two heads of state. This, he said, serves as a fundamental guideline for the future development of relations between the two nations.
