China’s State Council Information Office (SCIO) held a press conference today to unveil Jiangsu Province’s ambitious plans for a prosperous, beautiful, and culturally-advanced modernization. Xu Kunlin, deputy secretary of the CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee and governor of Jiangsu Province, addressed the media and outlined the province’s strategic vision.
