"This initiative prioritizes public safety through proactive risk management," stated a ministry spokesperson. Special attention will be given to identifying flammable insulation materials, non-compliant construction scaffolding, and verifying operational readiness of critical fire suppression systems including hydrants and automated alarms.
Three-Tier Inspection System Implemented
The program mandates self-inspections by property managers followed by government audits, with immediate corrective actions required for any identified risks. Current data reveals over 80% of China's 100-meter-plus structures have been built since 2010, underscoring the urgency of modern safety protocols.
