International perspectives enriched the dialogue, with UCLA's Francis Steen stressing human-centered governance: "AI must serve human values, not override them." Russia's Dmitry Yudin proposed joint demonstration projects to help regulators understand emerging technologies like autonomous vehicles.
Participants concluded that sustained dialogue and knowledge-sharing remain critical for developing AI that benefits humanity while mitigating cross-border risks.
