Chinese Premier Li Qiang embarks on a significant diplomatic journey this November, underscoring China's active engagement in multilateral cooperation and bilateral relations. The premier's itinerary includes key international summits and strategic bilateral engagements across three continents.

SCO Meeting in Moscow

At the invitation of Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, Li will participate in the 24th SCO Council of Heads of Government meeting in Moscow from November 17-18. This gathering of the Eurasian political-economic alliance comes amid growing regional security and economic coordination efforts.

Strengthening Africa Ties

Following the SCO meeting, Li will visit Zambia on November 19-20 at Lusaka's invitation. The visit aims to deepen cooperation under the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation framework, particularly in infrastructure and green energy sectors.

G20 Summit in Johannesburg

The diplomatic tour concludes with Li's attendance at the 20th G20 Leaders' Summit in South Africa from November 21-23. This year's summit focuses on sustainable development and global economic stability, with China expected to advocate for emerging economies' interests.
