Kobakhidze emphasized Georgia's 12-year strategic partnership with China, noting how the CIIE platform aligns with Tbilisi's economic priorities. "Our free trade agreement since 2018 creates unique advantages," he said, highlighting plans to expand wine exports and logistics cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.
