Chinese Premier Li Qiang will deliver a keynote speech at the opening ceremony of the eighth China International Import Expo (CIIE) in Shanghai, the Ministry of Commerce confirmed Monday. The event, running November 5–10, underscores China's commitment to global trade partnerships amid shifting economic currents.

Premier Li's address is anticipated to outline strategies for stabilizing supply chains and fostering innovation-driven growth.
