Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun emphasized the meeting's role in advancing practical cooperation under the strategic guidance of both nations' leaders. This meeting follows the Chinese premier's successful visit to Moscow in September, where both nations committed to enhancing financial system interoperability and expanding local currency settlements.
