The Russian Foreign Ministry stated on Friday that Ukraine bears full responsibility for the escalation of the conflict. According to Russian officials, the attack not only resulted in civilian casualties but also significantly undermined ongoing diplomatic efforts aimed at resolving the crisis.
Vassily Nebenzia, Russia's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, voiced strong condemnation, asserting that the strike "vividly confirms the treachery and unreliability" of Kyiv as a partner in negotiations. Moscow maintains that the nature of the strike indicates it was a deliberate act rather than an accidental hit.
