CMG Launches 7th “Guopin Action” Campaign to Revolutionize Job Seeking with AI

In a significant move to bolster employment opportunities for the next generation of talent, China Media Group (CMG) officially launched the seventh season of its national employment campaign, "Guopin Action," in Beijing this Tuesday. The initiative is designed to provide more intelligent, personalized job services tailored specifically for university graduates and job seekers across the Chinese mainland.

Since its inception in 2020, "Guopin Action" has evolved into a massive bridge between talent and industry. The campaign has successfully collaborated with more than 140,000 well-known companies, facilitating over 13 million job positions and processing more than 88 million resumes. To ensure wide accessibility, the initiative has organized over 4,000 recruitment events, blending online and offline formats nationwide.

During the launch event, Shen Haixiong, president of CMG, emphasized that the campaign has become a vital channel for college graduates entering the workforce. He noted that CMG has consistently expanded and upgraded its support services, developing various recruitment and career guidance programs to help graduates secure stable and sustainable employment.

The seventh season marks a technological leap forward, integrating advanced artificial intelligence (AI) to offer 24/7 personalized guidance. The centerpiece of this upgrade is the unveiling of "Guopin Xiaozhi," an AI assistant developed to streamline the job search process. This digital tool is equipped with five core functions: career direction guidance, precise job matching, resume optimization, interview practice, and personal strengths assessment.

By utilizing these scenario-based and lightweight service models, "Guopin Action" aims to resolve common hurdles such as ambiguous career planning and a lack of interview preparation. Through this AI-driven approach, CMG seeks to promote higher-quality and more fulfilling employment, ensuring that graduates are not only employed but are matched with roles that align with their skills and aspirations.
