\"Since the establishment of diplomatic ties, our two nations have fought side by side and supported each other in the struggle for national independence and liberation,\" Xi said. \"The profound friendship between Vietnam and China, being both comrades and brothers, vividly portrays the relations between our parties and countries.\"

Xi recalled his successful visit to Vietnam in 2023, during which both sides pledged to work towards a China-Vietnam community with a shared future. This commitment has elevated the relations between the two parties and countries to a new stage.
