China’s Shenzhou-21 Astronauts Safely Return to Earth After Successful Mission

In a significant milestone for space exploration, the three astronauts of the Shenzhou-21 mission have safely returned to Earth. The return capsule of the Shenzhou-22 crewed spaceship touched down at the Dongfeng landing site in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of the Chinese mainland at 8:11 p.m. on Friday.

The China Manned Space Agency confirmed the successful landing, marking the culmination of a high-stakes operation. Upon arrival, on-site medical personnel conducted immediate health assessments and confirmed that astronauts Zhang Lu, Wu Fei, and Zhang Hongzhang are all in good health.

The mission has been declared a complete success, further cementing the Chinese mainland's growing capabilities and presence in manned spaceflight.
