In a significant step toward fostering global educational equality, Peng Liyuan, the wife of Chinese President Xi Jinping, hosted Khaled El-Enany, the Director-General of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), in Beijing this Tuesday.
