Since its activation two days ago, the system has already demonstrated practical applications in low-altitude unmanned inspections, precision industrial manufacturing, embodied AI systems, and immersive holographic communications.
'This marks a transformative shift from isolated technology trials to comprehensive system validation,' stated a Nanjing-based developer involved in the project. The network's ability to maintain stable long-distance transmission while handling massive data loads has drawn particular attention from industry analysts.
As global competition for 6G standardization intensifies, this testbed is expected to accelerate China's roadmap for commercial deployment, currently projected for the early 2030s.
