Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced the center's operational launch on March 19, 2026, describing it as a "game-changer for domestic innovation."

The state-of-the-art complex enables trials across diverse environments – from underwater conditions to aerial simulations – supporting development in logistics, construction, and urban monitoring systems. Developers can now apply for testing slots through a streamlined digital platform, with approvals granted within days rather than weeks.
Accelerating Commercialization
This initiative aims to bridge the gap between prototype development and mass production, particularly for Russian-made technologies. "By providing real-world testing scenarios, we're removing critical barriers for our engineers," Sobyanin stated during the facility's inaugural demonstration.
