Sierra Leone's government claims Guinean troops crossed into its territory, detaining a security team that included a senior officer engaged in constructing a border post. Guinea's defense ministry countered that 16 Sierra Leonean soldiers allegedly entered Guinean soil without authorization on Sunday.
