Chinese Deputy Permanent Representative to the UN Geng Shuang warned that terrorism is 'resurgent and spreading' as conflicts escalate worldwide. Highlighting China’s Global Security Initiative and Global Governance Initiative, Geng outlined Beijing’s commitment to multilateral solutions. 'China practices what it preaches,' he said, noting decades of support for African and developing nations in building counter-terrorism capacities through training and resource-sharing programs.
