New York City Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch confirmed the three fatalities were male, all pronounced dead at the scene. Five men and three women sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were hospitalized. Authorities believe the violence stemmed from an internal dispute but have yet to identify suspects, with Tisch stating \u201cmultiple shooters\u201d were involved.
