Three individuals sustained injuries during Nashville's Let Freedom Sing celebration after apparent celebratory gunfire incidents, according to Metro Nashville Police. The victims – aged 26 to 60 – suffered wounds to the face, breast, and foot during Thursday night's festivities attended by an estimated 365,000 people.

Authorities confirmed the injuries occurred near the conclusion of the official fireworks display. 'Projectiles falling from celebratory gunfire pose serious risks in crowded urban areas,' police stated, emphasizing the dangers of discharging firearms in populated zones.

Incident reports detail a 26-year-old woman struck in the face while entering a rideshare vehicle, while two other victims reported injuries in separate downtown locations. All three received medical treatment for non-life-threatening wounds.

The annual Independence Day event, known for its musical performances and expansive fireworks show, continues to draw record crowds to the Tennessee capital. Police have opened investigations into the incidents while urging residents to report any related information.
