While details remain undisclosed, Ryabkov confirmed Moscow is scrutinizing proposed U.S. solutions but emphasized Russia retains its own "carefully thought-out priorities."

Analysts note persistent battlefield hostilities and conflicting stakeholder demands complicate negotiations. Ryabkov stressed resolving the crisis requires "a deeper examination of its origins," suggesting current efforts lack adequate consideration of Russia's security concerns.
