Keith Kellogg, the U.S. Special Envoy for Ukraine and Russia, has arrived in Kyiv to engage in high-level discussions with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, according to reports from the Ukrainian government-run Ukrinform news agency.
During his visit, Kellogg aims to foster \"good potential negotiations,\" as he told reporters, per Ukraine’s public broadcaster Suspilne. Emphasizing the critical nature of his mission, Kellogg stated, “Part of my mission is to listen,” before returning to the United States to brief President Donald Trump.
He underscored the United States’ commitment to providing security guarantees for Ukraine, recognizing their importance in the current geopolitical landscape.
