Syria’s Foreign Minister Asaad Hassan al-Shibani, Defense Minister Murhaf Abu Qasra, and Head of Intelligence Anas Khattab arrived on Monday in the United Arab Emirates on their first official visit to the Gulf country, the Syrian state news agency reported.
