Over the past 50 days, at least 216 Syrian refugees have reportedly been killed in Lebanon amid escalating Israeli airstrikes, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
On Tuesday, an Israeli airstrike struck a home in the village of Barghliyeh, near Tyre in southern Lebanon, resulting in the deaths of three Syrian refugees and injuring three others, the observatory reported.
