Choe Son Hui, the Foreign Minister of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), arrived in Russia’s Far Eastern city of Vladivostok on Tuesday. According to TASS news agency, citing a diplomatic source, she is scheduled to visit Moscow on Wednesday.
