In an exclusive interview with China Media Group, Gutierrez highlighted President Xi Jinping's speech at the China-CELAC Forum as a blueprint for equitable development. "The concept of a community with a shared future for mankind resonates deeply with Latin American nations seeking mutually beneficial cooperation," he stated.
The Mexican legislator emphasized China's growing role in promoting multilateralism, particularly through infrastructure investments and technology transfers under frameworks like the Belt and Road Initiative. His remarks come as China strengthens economic ties with Latin American countries, with bilateral trade exceeding $480 billion in 2023.
