The “China Sci-Tech Innovation Gala” was officially launched in Beijing on July 10, marking a significant step in showcasing China’s advancements in science and technology. Shen Haixiong, vice minister of the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and president of CMG, attended the ceremony. He was joined by Lin Xin, vice minister and secretary general at the Ministry of Science and Technology; Wang Jinzhan, secretary of the Secretariat of the China Association for Science and Technology; Yu Aihua, deputy secretary of the CPC Anhui Provincial Committee and secretary of the CPC Anhui Provincial Political and Legal Affairs Commission; and Zhang Hongwen, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Anhui Provincial Committee and secretary of the CPC Hefei Municipal Committee.
Members of CMG’s editorial board, including Xue Jijun, Jiang Wenbo, and Zhou Zhenhong, were also present at the event. The gala aims to highlight China’s innovation achievements and to promote collaboration in the fields of science and technology.
