Djokovic Hits 100 French Open Wins, Eyes Semifinal Clash with Zverev

Novak Djokovic cemented his legacy at Roland-Garros on Monday, securing his 100th French Open victory with a dominant 6-2, 6-3, 6-2 win over Britain's Cameron Norrie. The Serbian star now trails only Rafael Nadal (112 wins) in men's singles victories at the clay-court Grand Slam.

Djokovic's flawless campaign continues as he advances to the quarterfinals without dropping a set. "Everything is solid and positive," the 38-year-old said after the match, highlighting his growing confidence. This milestone comes weeks after claiming his 100th career title at the Geneva Open.

Norrie praised Djokovic's all-court mastery: "He didn't give me anything. Defending well, serving well, returning well – very sharp."

The world No. 1 now faces third-seeded Alexander Zverev, who advanced after Tallon Griekspoor retired with an injury. Zverev acknowledged Djokovic's big-match pedigree: "He knows what it means to be on the big stage."

With three French Open titles among his record 24 Grand Slams, Djokovic remains on track to extend his historic tally. His next challenge arrives Wednesday in a rematch of their 2023 Roland-Garros semifinal clash.
