Fifth-seeded Kuai Man rallied past South Korea's Kim Na-yeong but fell to Japan's Miwa Harimoto in Saturday’s semifinals. Meanwhile, second-seeded Chen Xingtong dominated local favorite Joo Cheon-hui, advancing to face Japan’s Mima Ito in a highly anticipated match.

On the men's side, sixth seed Lin Gaoyuan overcame Germany’s Dimitrij Ovtcharov in a four-game battle, earning a quarterfinal matchup against South Korean veteran Lee Sang-su. The results underscore Asia’s central role in shaping global table tennis dynamics, with athletes from China, Japan, and South Korea claiming spotlight positions.
