Real Madrid Dominates Globe Soccer Awards in Dubai

Real Madrid, one of the world’s most prestigious football clubs, swept multiple honors at the Globe Soccer Awards held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on Friday night.

Vinicius Jr. was the standout star, earning both the Best Men’s Player and Best Forward awards. The Brazilian forward surpassed teammate Jude Bellingham and Portuguese legend Cristiano Ronaldo of Al Nassr to claim the top individual prize. With 25 goals and 12 assists in 40 games during the 2023-24 season, Vinicius played a pivotal role in helping “Los Blancos” secure titles including the Spanish La Liga, Supercopa de España, UEFA Champions League, UEFA Super Cup, and FIFA Intercontinental Cup.

Expressing his gratitude, Vinicius Jr. acknowledged his teammates, family, and Flamengo, the club where he began his professional career. He emphasized the importance of teamwork and support in achieving personal success.

Jude Bellingham, another key player for Real Madrid, was honored with the Best Midfielder award and the Diego Maradona Award. The English midfielder contributed 23 goals and 13 assists in the 2023-24 campaign, showcasing his exceptional talent and influence on the field.
