Gilboa-Dalal, appearing visibly fatigued, spoke for over three minutes in the video, expressing fears about Israel's ongoing offensive. A segment dated August 28 showed him inside a vehicle, though the exact timing and conditions of the recording remain unverified. Israeli authorities confirmed 48 hostages are still held in Gaza, with 20 believed to be alive.
