Chinese President Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory message to Alexander Lukashenko on Monday, applauding his reelection as the President of Belarus.
In his message, Xi noted the close contact he has maintained with Lukashenko over the recent years. \"We have jointly charted the course for and led the development of China-Belarus relations,\" Xi stated, emphasizing that bilateral ties have reached an all-time high as an all-weather comprehensive strategic partnership.
