SCO Secretary-General Condemns Terrorist Attack in Pakistan’s Sindh Province

Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Secretary-General Zhang Ming has strongly condemned a terrorist attack in Pakistan’s Sindh Province that resulted in casualties among both Chinese and Pakistani nationals.
