Russian President Vladimir Putin conveyed his warmest regards, acknowledging China’s remarkable achievements in economic, social, and technological development under Xi’s leadership. Putin emphasized China’s significant role in addressing international and regional issues and expressed Russia’s commitment to strengthening the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two nations.
Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea and president of the State Affairs of the DPRK, shared his conviction that the Chinese people, united under the Communist Party of China (CPC) with Xi at its core, will successfully achieve the Second Centenary Goal. He reaffirmed the DPRK’s consistent position to enhance the traditional friendship and cooperation with China, anticipating further consolidation of ties in the new era.
To Lam, general secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and Vietnamese president, expressed firm belief that under the CPC’s leadership, China will attain the objectives set forth by the 20th CPC National Congress. He highlighted Vietnam’s prioritization of its good-neighborly and comprehensive cooperative relations with China and expressed willingness to promote the building of a Vietnam-China community with a shared future.
Thongloun Sisoulith, general secretary of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party Central Committee and president of Laos, underscored Laos’ commitment to deepening friendly cooperation with China. He expressed eagerness to work alongside China to ensure that the building of a Laos-China community with a shared future continues to yield fruitful results.
From Cuba, General Raul Castro, leader of the Cuban Revolution, and Miguel Diaz-Canel, first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and Cuban president, lauded the PRC’s great achievements over the past 75 years. They noted that China’s progress demonstrates socialism’s effectiveness in addressing complex global challenges. The Cuban leaders affirmed their steadfast commitment to deepening the brotherly and special friendship between Cuba and China.
