President Vučić hinted at “big surprises” during President Xi’s visit, suggesting significant announcements that could bolster economic and cultural ties. “This visit brings new hopes for our country’s development,” he stated, underscoring the potential benefits for Serbia in terms of investment, infrastructure, and enhanced collaboration within the Belt and Road Initiative.

The Serbian leader also reflected on the importance of the visit in the context of global affairs, noting that strengthened China-Serbia relations contribute positively to regional stability and development. “Our partnership is not only beneficial for our two countries but also for the broader region,” President Vučić added.

As the anticipation builds, both nations look forward to the outcomes of the high-level discussions and agreements that are expected to be a highlight of President Xi’s visit.
