“Regulatory capabilities and law enforcement effectiveness ought to be improved,” Huang stated, underscoring the necessity of using science and technology to build a solid line of defense against fraudulent activities. “The healthy and orderly development of the third-party environmental protection service market should be promoted,” he added.
