Beijing, August 29 — The State Council Information Office (SCIO) held a press conference today at 10:00 a.m. (Beijing Time) to release a white paper on China’s energy transition. Zhang Jianhua, administrator of the National Energy Administration, presented the white paper and answered questions from the media.
